Bring Permaculture To Your Community

We offer a community inspiration package for germinating, generating, and enhancing permaculture in your community.  If you are willing to organize and convene a few courses, we suggest the following approach using our education services:

Hiring our founder Warren Brush to come to our community for a few strategic courses and for design consultation may look like this:

  1. A Thursday evening talk in a local community center, home or ?, followed by a Fri evening, Saturday and Sunday, Introduction to Permaculture course.
  2. Work with attendees to develop a local Permaculture Guild and begin meeting monthly
  3. Within 1-year maximum, convene a full two-week permaculture design certification course (PDC)
  4. Develop a regional demonstration site.
  5. Host a second PDC the next year where a few key students from the first course, begin to develop their capacity as teachers
  6. Host speciality workshops with us or other teachers in areas like Urban Homesteading, Broad Acre Permaculture, Soil Food Web, Holistic Management, Rainwater Harvesting, Composting, Community Placemaking, Legalizing Sustainability.
  7. Host a regional permaculture convergence

The course offerings, if marketed well, often provide substantially more funding than the fees for our education and 'inspiration' services.  These monies often provide a base of support for developing a demonstration site.  A win-win so to speak...
